7. Booking, Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rescheduling is only allowed 24 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations are not permitted within 12 hours of the appointment, and you may be charged in full

No-shows are charged in full

Refunds are not issued for completed services

8. Mobile Service Requirements

For mobile services, you must provide a safe and clean treatment environment. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, and the session fee may still apply.

9. Payment Terms

We accept EFTPOS, cash, bank transfer, and payments via our online systems. Fees are payable at or before the time of service.
